Jordan Leore, B.A., AACI, P.App

Background

Jordan Leore joined the firm in 2005 after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Environmental Economics.  Jordan obtained his AACI, P.App designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada and holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia (Sauder School of Business).

Jordan has undertaken a wide variety of assignments relating to commercial and residential properties, with a particular focus on Metro Vancouver’s industrial sector. He has been involved in projects ranging from stand-alone/single-tenant facilities to full-scale business parks, including high-tech research and development projects and suburban office projects. His experience also extends to rental arbitrations, expropriations and assessment appeal work.
