Background

David How joined the firm in 2005 after following a marketing career in Toronto.  David graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Commerce (Marketing) degree and obtained his AACI, P.App designation in 2010. 

David How has undertaken a wide array of assignments relating to commercial and residential properties, including office/retail buildings, development sites and multi-family residential projects. In addition to focusing on engagements in the Lower Mainland, David undertakes a significant number of assignments in the Okanagan and Vancouver Island.  His experience also includes consulting on property tax issues.

David How was named a Senior Associate in January 2013.
