Stefan Lozinsky, B.Sc
Background
Stefan Lozinsky joined the firm in 2008 after graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Science degree. He is currently a candidate member of the AIC and is working towards a Diploma in Urban Land Economics and the AACI designation.
Stefan Lozinsky has worked on a variety of assignments relating to commercial and residential properties, including retail complexes, development sites, single and multi-family residential projects, assessment appeal negotiations, lease negotiations, and rental studies. His primary area of focus has been within Metro Vancouver, Victoria, and Whistler.
