Shaun Blythen, B.Prop

Background

Originally from New Zealand, Shaun graduated from the University of Auckland in 2004 with a Bachelor of Property. After working in both the residential development and industrial brokerage areas of the industry in New Zealand, Shaun made the move to Canada in 2007.

Shaun recently joined the company after spending 18 months as a researcher at another local appraisal firm. He currently carries out market research and analysis and assists in the preparation of appraisal reports and assessment appeals.

Shaun has completed the course requirements for his Diploma in Urban Land Economics and is in the process of completing his final course required to obtain the ACCI designation.
