Ryan Wong, B.Comm, AACI, P.App

Background

Ryan Wong joined the firm in 1998 after graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Commerce (Urban Land Economics) degree.  He obtained his AACI, P. App designation in 2005, and became a Principal later that year.

Ryan Wong has undertaken a wide array of assignments relating to commercial and residential properties, including office buildings, shopping centres/retail complexes, development sites, and multi-family residential.  He has been involved with several large-scale mixed-use projects where several asset classes are represented.  More recently, he has undertaken valuation and consulting assignments in large master-planned communities in Furry Creek, Squamish, West Vancouver and the West Side of Vancouver.
