Rosetta Ferrari, BBA, PGCV
Background
Rosetta Ferrari joined the firm in 2007 following a career in the financial services sector. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In May 2008, she completed the University of British Columbia’s Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) and is now completing the Appraisal Institute of Canada’s requirements to obtain the AACI designation.
Since joining the firm, her primary areas of focus are office building appraisals, cash-flow analysis and property tax assessment appeals. She has also worked on a variety of unique assignments, such as golf courses and marinas.
