Rosetta Ferrari, BBA, AACI, P.App

Background

Rosetta Ferrari joined the firm in 2007 following a career in the financial services sector. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She took further coursework with the Real Estate Division at the Sauder School of Business and completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV). In November, 2010, Rosetta received her accreditation (AACI, P.App) from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Since joining the firm, her primary areas of focus have been office building appraisals, cash-flow analysis and property tax assessment appeals. She has also worked on a variety of unique assignments, such as car dealerships, golf courses and marinas.
