Peter Forward

Background

Mr. Forward is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Mr. Forward first joined Burgess, Cawley, Sullivan & Associates in April 2002. During his time at BCS, Peter has assisted on various assignments including the preparation of appraisal reports for a variety of property types, including multi-family and single-family residential, retail, office, land and mixed use properties. These reports have been prepared for various reasons including: investment analysis, asset valuation, lending, acquisition, litigation, estate, redevelopment, and property assessment appeals.

Peter has specialized in property assessment appeals, primarily dealing with property classification. These assessment appeals have included preparing reports for both the Property Assessment Appeal Board and Property Assessment Review Panel.

Peter is continuing his education through the Sauder Business School Real Estate Division at the University of British Columbia with the intention of becoming an Accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
