Peter Forward

Background

Mr. Forward first joined Burgess, Cawley, Sullivan & Associates in April 2002. Peter has worked extensively property assessment consulting, specializing in property classification issues. As a full-time property tax advocate, Peter’s responsibilities include pre-roll consulting, assessment reviews, PARP and PAAB appeals, property tax budgeting, and property tax planning.

Peter has specialized in property assessment appeals, primarily dealing with property classification. These assessment appeals have included preparing reports for both the Property Assessment Appeal Board and Property Assessment Review Panel.

Peter is continuing his education through the Sauder Business School Real Estate Division at the University of British Columbia with the intention of becoming an Accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
