Paul J. Sullivan, B.A.

Background

Mr. Sullivan has been involved in the British Columbia real estate appraisal business since 1992.  He is President of BCS Property TaxCo Ltd. and a Senior Partner of Burgess, Cawley, Sullivan & Associates.  The two firms specialize in both property tax as well as real estate appraisal throughout the Province.  For the past ten years, Mr. Sullivan has specialized in property taxation, primarily dealing with major commercial properties, including downtown office buildings, shopping centres, major industrial and commercial retail properties.  Property classification for development land and tax strategies form part of his expertise in the consulting field.
