Lonnie Neufeld, B.Comm. (U.B.C.), RI, AACI, P.App

Lonnie Neufeld joined Burgess, Cawley, Sullivan and Associates (BCS) in 1980. He left the firm in 1984 to work in the financial services sector where he spent time with both Montreal Trust and Sun Life Assurance of Canada. Mr. Neufeld rejoined the firm in 1991 and became a principal in May of 2005.

Mr. Neufeld specializes in the industrial and commercial sectors. His expertise includes valuation exercises, ‘highest and best use’ valuations and feasibility studies for large scale redevelopment sites; this includes both residential and industrial subdivisions. His consulting proficiency includes rental arbitrations, expropriations and assessment appeal work. Lonnie regularly appears as an expert witness in BC Supreme Court and various boards and tribunals throughout BC.

Mr. Neufeld is experienced in research and analysis specifically for development financing. His thorough knowledge of the local industrial market provides his investment and development clients large and small, the ability to make timely and informed investment decisions. In market research and analysis areas, including research for development financing, he has broad based knowledge of industrial activity throughout British Columbia’s Lower Mainland.

Lonnie works out regularly with a personal trainer. This allows him to enjoy good food, fine wine and excellent scotch with friends and family.
