Brian Keenan, BBA, RI, AACI, P.App

Background

Brian’s educational qualifications include the Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University, with majors in Management Science, Marketing and International Business.  Mr. Keenan also holds two diplomas in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia specializing in Real Estate Management and Appraisal.

Upon graduation in 1998, Brian commenced his career with BC Assessment, then joined our firm in 2000 and obtained his AACI in 2004.  Brian has been a principal in the firm since 2006.

Over the years he has completed numerous appraisal and property assessment consulting assignments with a focus on Downtown and suburban office buildings.  The property assessment assignments have included negotiating settlements as well as giving expert witness testimony at various tribunals.
