Andy Pham, B.B.A

Background

Andy Pham joined the firm in 2007 after eight years of work in the private education sector and a four month hiatus backpacking through China, India and Southeast Asia.  He obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration with a joint major in Psychology from Simon Fraser University in 2001.  He is currently in the process of obtaining his AACI, P. App, designation to continue his career development. 

Andy Pham has a range of experience relating to commercial and residential properties, including hotels, office and industrial buildings, retail complexes, development sites, and multi-family residential.  His involvement has included several large-scale developments such as the Kingswood Industrial Park, Shangri-La Hotel, L’Hermitage Hotel, and Grand Villa Hotel and Casino.  Andy Pham has also provided consulting work in the areas of feasibility, sensitivity and market analysis.  He also has experience in property tax consulting within the Metro Vancouver market.
