Ms. Cawley has been a real estate appraiser and dev elopment consultant since 1981, when she graduated from the University of British Columbia. She has been a principal in Burgess Cawley Sullivan & Associates since 1988.
Ms. Cawley specializes in real estate valuation, marketing studies, and development consultancy in the residential, office, shopping centre, industrial park, land subdivision, and hotel markets. She also acts as an expert witness on behalf of property owners and law firms.
Ms. Cawley has been retained by landowners, government and financial institutions, and many of the largest British Columbian and Canadian companies, some of whose higher profile developments have been valued between $100 million and $350 million. |
